By accessing or using Let's Go Games software ("Service"), operated by Let's Automate™ (letsautomategroup.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Let's Go Games is a multi-game entertainment platform developed and operated by Let's Automate (letsautomategroup.com). The platform provides Bingo, Quiz, Music Bingo, Karaoke, Racing, Top Percent, Let's Go Poll, Let's Go Letters, and Bank or Bust game functionality for entertainment purposes. The Service includes:

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service according to your subscription tier:

Devices: Your licence may be activated on a set number of devices at once, which depends on your plan: 1 on the Home Pass, 2 on Classic and the Event Pass, 3 on Professional, and unlimited on Enterprise. You can see which devices are active and deactivate any of them yourself at any time from your account page, so swapping a laptop or replacing a phone does not need our help.

5.1 Pricing and VAT

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£). VAT treatment depends on the plan, and both figures are always shown together at the point of sale:

Let's Automate Group Ltd is registered for VAT in the United Kingdom under registration number GB520202069, which appears on every invoice.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5.1a Early access pricing

While Let's Go Games is in early access we offer reduced subscription prices. If you start a Classic or Professional subscription during early access, the price you sign up at is held for as long as that subscription remains continuously active, including if you move between monthly and yearly billing at the equivalent rate. This applies to the plan you subscribed to; moving to a different plan is charged at that plan's current price.

If your subscription lapses, is cancelled, or payment fails and is not recovered, the early access rate ends with it and any new subscription is charged at the price current at that time. One-off passes are not subscriptions and are not covered by this clause: each is bought at the price shown on the day.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first subscription payment, monthly or annual, for first-time subscribers. Request it by email to info@letsgogames.co.uk within 30 days of that first payment.

The Home Pass and the Event Pass are non-refundable once activated, because activating one starts the licence period and gives you every game immediately. Before activation they are refundable in full.

None of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

5A. Your legal responsibilities when running games

Let's Go Games provides software. Running events with it can engage two areas of UK law that are the customer's responsibility, not ours. This is general information and not legal advice.

5A.1 Music licensing

Playing recorded music in public, including music bingo and karaoke, normally requires TheMusicLicence from PPL PRS Ltd. Your Let's Go Games subscription does not include, replace or exempt you from that licence, and we do not pay it on your behalf. Karaoke and music bingo playback uses third-party YouTube channels, and you are responsible for using them in line with YouTube's terms. See our plain-English guide.

5A.2 Gambling and gaming law

Bingo, race nights and prize competitions run in a venue are regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Act 2005 and enforced by the Gambling Commission. Stake limits, prize limits and the distinction between a lawful non-commercial event and one that needs an operating licence are matters for you as the operator of the event. Let's Go Games moves no money: Racing records the host's intent and calculates the tote, and no stake, prize or payout passes through the platform. See our plain-English guide.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Let's Automate (trading as Let's Go Games) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LET'S GO GAMES, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Let's Go Games from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
