Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Classic is the plan you can buy here today. Professional is arranged by talking to us, and when you move up the price difference is prorated. When moving down, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Yes. One Classic licence covers a single self-employed DJ or quiz host at the venues where they host, on up to 2 devices. More for DJs and quiz hosts.
No long-term contracts. Classic and Professional are monthly, pay-as-you-go, and you can cancel anytime. The Home Pass (24 hours) and the Event Pass (48 hours) are single payments with nothing to cancel at all. No minimum commitment either way.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. All payments are securely processed and PCI compliant.
