Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, you can move between Classic and Professional at any time. When upgrading, the price difference is prorated. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
No long-term contracts. Classic and Professional are monthly, pay-as-you-go, and you can cancel anytime. The Home Pass (24 hours) and the Event Pass (48 hours) are single payments with nothing to cancel at all. No minimum commitment either way.
