"Unsafe app blocked" - How to Fix It

If your phone shows "Unsafe app blocked" when you open or install Let's Go Games, it takes under a minute to fix. Your sessions and your licence are stored on our servers, so nothing is lost.
Your phone is holding an old copy of the app from an earlier install. Newer phones ask you to refresh older apps for the latest privacy protections. It is not a virus and your data is safe - the copy on your phone is just out of date.
When the "Unsafe app blocked" message appears, tap OK (not "Install anyway"). This just closes the old copy.
Press and hold the Let's Go Games icon on your home screen, then choose Uninstall (Android) or Remove App (iPhone). This only removes the old shortcut - your account is untouched.
Open your browser, go to letsgogames.co.uk, and tap Install app. You get the latest version with no warning. Sign in as normal - your sessions, licence and history are exactly where you left them because they live on our servers, not on the phone.
