Refund Policy

Clear, fair refund rules. No surprises.

Monthly Subscriptions (Starter, Professional)

14-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, you get a full refund. No questions asked.

After 14 days, the standard cancellation rule applies - cancel any time, you keep access until the end of your current billing period, and we don't charge you again.

Mid-period cancellations are not pro-rated as cash refunds, since you used part of the period. Use the billing portal to cancel.

24-Hour Home Pass

The 24-Hour Home Pass is a one-off £14.99 purchase that gives 24 hours of access to Bingo, Quiz, Music Bingo, and the 6 mini-games for home use.

Used or unused, the Home Pass is generally non-refundable because of its short, low-cost nature.

Exception - technical failure: If the platform genuinely doesn't work for you within the first 4 hours of activation (and our team can't resolve it), email info@letsautomate.info with details and we will refund in full. Send us the time of purchase, what you tried, and what went wrong.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual plans (when launched) carry a 30-day money-back guarantee from first payment. After 30 days, cancellations apply at the end of the annual period.

Edge Cases

Failed event due to a verified outage on our side - if Let's Go Games was down during your scheduled event, email us within 7 days with the date, time, and what happened. We'll credit your next month or refund a pro-rated amount.

Duplicate charges - we refund any duplicate payments automatically once spotted. If you see one before us, email and we'll refund within one business day.

Fraudulent or unauthorised charges - contact your bank first to dispute, then email us so we can void the licence and assist with the chargeback.

How to Request a Refund

Email info@letsautomate.info with:

1. The email address you used to subscribe
2. The product (Starter, Professional, 24-Hour Home Pass, etc.)
3. The reason (technical issue, no longer needed, duplicate charge, etc.)

We respond by the next UK business day. Refunds, when granted, return to the original payment method within 5-10 working days (depending on your bank).

Important

  • Refunds within the 14-day window are processed automatically when you ask. We don't ask you to justify it.
  • Outside the 14-day window, refund decisions are at our discretion. We try to be fair.
  • Statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this policy. If you believe your statutory rights are being denied, raise it with us.
