Starter includes Bingo and 6 mini-games for £29.99/month. Upgrade to Professional at £59.99/month and you also get Quiz, Music Bingo, and the Host App on phones, tablets, and laptops.
Stripe pro-rates the difference. If you upgrade halfway through your month, you only pay the upgraded price for the remaining days.
Visit letsgogames.co.uk/account, log in with your email, then tap Manage Subscription.
In the portal, tap Update plan. Pick Professional from the list. Stripe shows the pro-rated charge for today and the new monthly price.
Confirm and you're upgraded. The card on file is charged the pro-rata amount immediately.
Refresh the Host App or sign out and back in. Quiz and Music Bingo will appear in the game launcher within a minute or two.
If they don't show up after 5 minutes, sign out fully and log back in to refresh your licence cache.
