Cancelling Your Subscription

Two clicks to cancel. You keep access until the end of your billing period.

Open Your Account

Visit letsgogames.co.uk/account and log in using the email you signed up with. A login link arrives within a minute.

Open the Billing Portal

Tap Manage Subscription. The Stripe billing portal opens in a new tab.

Cancel Subscription

Tap Cancel Plan. Stripe asks you to confirm. Tap Confirm cancellation.

That's it. You'll see "Your plan has been cancelled" and your billing period end date.

You Keep Access Until Period End

Cancellation is end-of-period, not immediate. If you paid for May, you can run games until 31 May. We don't charge you again from June 1.

You'll see a banner in the Host App that says "Your subscription will end on [date]". Cosmetic only - everything still works.

Changed Your Mind?

Re-subscribe any time before the period end and your subscription continues without interruption. Open the portal, tap Renew Plan.

If you re-subscribe after the period ended, you'll start fresh - new licence key, new period.

Things to Know

  • No cancellation fees. No "are you sure" friction beyond the standard Stripe confirm.
  • Want a refund instead? See our refund policy.
  • Just want to switch plans, not cancel? See upgrading (or downgrade the same way).
