Managing Your Subscription

Open the billing portal to update your card, get invoices, change plans, or cancel.

Go to Your Account Page

Visit letsgogames.co.uk/account and enter the email address you used to subscribe. We send you a one-time login link by email.

No password needed. The link expires in 30 minutes for security.

Open the Billing Portal

On your account page, tap Manage Subscription. This opens the secure Stripe billing portal in a new tab.

The portal is where Stripe (our payment processor) keeps your card and invoice records. It's encrypted, PCI-compliant, and the same portal used by thousands of businesses worldwide.

What You Can Do in the Portal

Update payment method - Add a new card or remove an old one.

Download invoices - Every past invoice is available as a PDF, ready for your records.

Change plan - Switch between Starter and Professional. Pro-rated.

Cancel subscription - You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Update billing email - For receipts and renewal notices.

Changes Sync Back Automatically

Anything you change in the portal flows back to your licence within seconds. Update your card and the next renewal will charge it. Cancel and your licence keeps working until period end.
